A Rear-End Collision While Stopped in Traffic
On December 7, 2023, our client was stopped in traffic on Calimesa Boulevard at its intersection with Wildwood Canyon Road. A tank truck owned by a construction company and driven by one of its employees failed to stop and struck the car from behind. The impact pushed our client’s car into the vehicle ahead, damaging both its front and rear.
