Why Alex Sarajian started this firm
Before he represented injured people, Alex Sarajian worked inside the claims process as an insurance adjuster and fraud investigator at Farmers Insurance Exchange. He watched insurers deny responsibility, delay payment, and defend their policyholders to keep injured people from being paid fairly.
In 2007 he founded LA Injury Attorneys to put that knowledge to work for the other side. Today our team of attorneys, investigators, and paralegals handles everything from straightforward car accident claims to complex cases involving traumatic brain injury and wrongful death.

What types of cases do you handle?

Do most personal injury cases go to trial?
No. Most of our cases settle out of court, which usually means a faster resolution. But we prepare every case as if it could go to trial, and when an insurer refuses to pay fairly, we take it to a jury.
